Please be on time!
We understand the significance of giving our musicians ample time to get ready, complete sound checks, and prepare for a successful performance. In order to maintain the smooth running of our events, we ask our musicians to be on time.

Outfits
Regarding the OneOrchestra t-shirt and the outfit you must arrive in…
Please arrive on location wearing a plain T-shirt of your choice with black trousers or jeans and clean sneakers. A OneOrchestra t-shirt will be provided to you upon arrival. This OneOrchestra t-shirt should be worn until getting changed into the outfit for the performance.

Outfit references for the performance:
Male: White suit, smart shoes or clean white sneakers. A suit jacket can be supplied by onerochestra, please contact us if this necessary. Men with a facial hair must have it well groomed and, everyones hair must be done.
Female: White dress, jumpsuit, or suit, heels, flat shoes or clean white sneakers. Hair and make up done! Full glam! Photo ready!

Equipment:
You will need a tablet, tablet stand and bluetooth pedal. Please bring your own equipment and download the music parts and program into your device.

If you need us to provide an item for you please contact Rory via the "borrow" button below.

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure we keep a consistent online presence:
Instagram Handles: Please tag @OneOrchestra.group in all posts, both in the video/photo and the caption.

What you should and should not post:
You should post behind-the-scenes content, rehearsal clips, and performance highlights.
You should not post unapproved content, personal opinions, or anything that could be deemed inappropriate.

Artiste Agreement:
Each artiste agreement has been sent separately via email to every player involved. Kindly take a moment to review the details and the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. Your understanding and agreement are essential before proceeding. Once you've had a chance to review, please sign and return the agreement as soon as possible.

First time working with OneOrchestra?
We'd like to kindly request your consent for the use of your image, sound, and recordings. This is a common practice that allows us to feature your contributions in promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, social media, YouTube, and other OneOrchestra media channels.

Invoicing:
Please send the invoice directly to our account team at accounts@oneorchestra.one. The invoice should be addressed to:

ONEORCHESTRA GROUP LTD, 101 New Cavendish Street, London W1W 6HX.

To ensure accurate processing, please include the following details in the invoice:

• Your name
• Date of the event
• Short description of the services provided
• Any additional costs for outfits and travel, if applicable and agreed upon in the contract

Please note that we cover all invoices at the end of each month. Make sure you submit your invoice in time.
