Please be on time!
We understand the significance of giving our musicians ample time to get ready, complete sound checks, and prepare for a successful performance. In order to maintain the smooth running of our events, we ask our musicians to be on time.

Outfits
If you already have a OneOrchestra t-shirt…
Please arrive on location wearing a OneOrchestra t-shirt, black trousers or jeans and clean sneakers. This outfit should be worn from the moment of arrival until getting changed into the outfit for the performance.

If you don’t have a OneOrchestra t-shirt…
A OneOrchestra t-shirt will be provided when you arrive on location. Please also wear black trousers or jeans and clean sneakers.

Outfit references for the performance:
All white, elegant.
White or Black heels.

You will need a tablet, tablet stand and bluetooth pedal. Please bring your own equipment and download the music parts and program into your device.

What you should and should not post:
You should post behind-the-scenes content, rehearsal clips, and performance highlights.
You should not post unapproved content, personal opinions, or anything that could be deemed inappropriate.

Artiste Agreement:
Each artiste agreement has been sent separately via email to every player involved. Kindly take a moment to review the details and the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. Your understanding and agreement are essential before proceeding. Once you've had a chance to review, please sign and return the agreement as soon as possible.

First time working with OneOrchestra?
We'd like to kindly request your consent for the use of your image, sound, and recordings. This is a common practice that allows us to feature your contributions in promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, social media, YouTube, and other OneOrchestra media channels.

Invoicing:
Please send the invoice directly to our account team at accounts@oneorchestra.one. The invoice should be addressed to:

ONEORCHESTRA GROUP LTD, 101 New Cavendish Street, London W1W 6HX.

To ensure accurate processing, please include the following details in the invoice:

• Your name
• Date of the event
• Short description of the services provided
• Any additional costs for outfits and travel, if applicable and agreed upon in the contract

Please note that we cover all invoices at the end of each month. Make sure you submit your invoice in time.
